Mark Souvenir, is a seasoned leader in capital markets with over 20 years of experience and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at 3L Capital Inc. Mark  was founding Partner and Managing Director, Head of Equity Sales at Sprott Capital Partners, guiding the company through its creation and significant growth from 2017 to 2022. During this period, Mark played a significant role in helping Sprott Inc. built their asset under management to over 20 billion. Before his impactful role at Sprott Inc., Mark spent 5 years as the Director of Institutional Equity Sales at Griffiths McBurney Corporation (GMP) in NYC and 4 years in the same capacity at Cormark Securities. His contributions were instrumental in the success of both organizations. Mark’s academic credentials include an Honours Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Kim MacIntyre, a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in equity capital markets, currently serves as a Director at 3L Capital since May 2023. With a proven track record in equity offerings, reverse takeovers (RTOs), private and public offerings and completing the first listed issuer financing exemption offering in Canada.  Kim has played pivotal roles in shaping strategic directions at organizations such as Beacon Securities Limited, Gravitas Securities Inc, National Bank Financial and MGI Securities. Her expertise spans retail syndication, private placements, bought deals, IPOs, and a variety of financing structures. From syndication to directorial positions, Kim has demonstrated versatility, commitment, and excellence, making significant contributions to the dynamic landscape of finance in Toronto.
